First Officer Ready Programme ™ incorporates all you will need prior to making your first job application.
CRM Aviation are the only Training Organisation approved by the UK CAA specifically setup to support Modular student pilots in Advanced training. We use our own fleet of advanced UPRT aircraft alongside our Multi-Crew Jet Simulator for the APS MCC course.
We have developed this program to support future airline pilots gaining their first airline pilot job.

Course Format
The course is programmed as follows:
2 days of Advanced UPRT-A: training including ground school and flying
APS MCC: ground school training
40-hour: multi-crew airline jet simulator
This course is approved for UK CAA licence holders.
Course Requirements
To enrol on the First Officer Ready Programme, applicants must:
Hold a valid UK CAA, or ICAO CPL(A) licence (or be eligible for issue prior to course commencement). Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate. Completed ATPL theoretical knowledge examinations. Hold a current Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR), or attaining one.
Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English suitable for airline operations. Be eligible to undertake simulator training within the United Kingdom.
