Modern APS MCC Course Structure

The newly released Enhanced MCC Training to Airline Pilot Standards (APS MCC) Course focuses on Evidence Based Training, prioritising the development and assessment of key competences, leading to better training outcomes.

The ground school element focuses on key pilot competencies in a Multi-crew environment. The simulator phase builds on this knowledge where the cadet will undertake 40 hours of simulator training covering all the required and regulated areas of the APS MCC.
