Costings

CRM Aviation Europe Limited (we) strive to be one of the best priced schools in the industry. As all of our facilities and training tools are owned by us, overheads are reduced and the savings can be passed on to you, the customer. We believe in transparency throughout our business and all our prices are fully inclusive. Therefore, there are no hidden extras 'What we quote is all you pay'. However, we reserve the right to adjust any course price without notice, changes will be communicated before any deposit or training agreement is in place.

Payment

We accept all major debit, credit cards and bank transfers. We require a £300 deposit for Advanced UPRT-A and an £850 for APS MCC to reserve a course, however full balance payment is not required until your first day of training. NB - non EU students may be required to pay the full course amount upon initial booking. The deposit, although strictly non-refundable, will not be lost if you need to rearrange a course date as long as reasonable notice is given. Should a course be cancelled at 15 working days or less this will result in a loss of the deposit and a further deposit due for the rescheduled course. Full cancellation of any course will also result in a loss of deposit.

CAA/EASA Fees

Regulatory fees are set by the UK CAA and EASA and are reviewed each year. We have no control over these revisions and subsequently any examination or CAA fee changes will be passed onto the customer.

Course design, variation or transfer

We reserve the right, at any time, to vary the content of, or otherwise alter, any course provided, such that any variation does not itself prevent the student achieving a standard advertised as attainable under such course training.

Provision of the courses

We will provide training materials, training environments, simulator equipment, ground and simulator instructors as appropriate to the nature of the course undertaken. We have no further liability or responsibility above and beyond this commitment and can not guarantee that a student will achieve any qualification.

Training and Attendance

We conduct training seven days per week and may also include public holidays. Our operation is also a twenty four hour operation, although every effort is always made to ensure times fit in with our customers needs, some circumstances may warrant training times outside of the normal working day hours. We fully reserve the right to charge for any additional costs incurred due to students failing to attend.

Force Majeure

We accept no responsibility for training failures or delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Pre-entry requirements

Certain training courses are subject to minimum or maximum requirements which are set by regulatory authorities. For course pre entry requirements see the applicable course webpage for full information. We will inform at the time of booking of any requirements which must be met.
